Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellations may not be possible.

  • If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Used, worn, or damaged products due to normal use or misuse.

  • If a non-approved item is returned, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Returns must be pre-approved before shipping back the product.

  3. Items must be unused and in original packaging with the order number and shipping name included.

  4. Once received, the item will be inspected within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 40 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos of the damage.

  • If confirmed as defective or damaged during shipping, we will offer a free replacement.

  • Minor packaging damage does not qualify for a return or refund if the product itself is in good condition.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders quickly, but Diphoria is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

  • We do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Contact the carrier for delivery issues.

Currency & Transaction Fees

  • All refunds are issued in USD ($).

  • Customers are responsible for any currency exchange fees or bank transaction charges.

  • Diphoria is not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper use.
